Refund/Exchange Policy:
All items from Abrams Jewelry are guaranteed to be free of
defects. We will accept returns for up to 7 days of receipt for any defective
items. Buyer assumes responsibility for shipping and handling. We cannot refund
shipping charges on either domestic or international purchases.
Returns for any reason other than a defective product will
be handled on a case-by-case basis and are subject to a 15% restocking fee with
a minimum $5.00 charge.

purchased. All items must be sent back in new condition. We will not
accept returns on items that have been used, damaged, or show signs of

Order Cancellation Policy
We process orders quickly at Abrams Jewelry and every effort will be made to
accommodate the cancellation of your order, providing your order has not been
charged and/or shipped out. In the event that a cancellation was submitted (via
email or phone), and your order was already processed or shipped out
afterwards, we will gladly refund the complete balance charged minus shipping.

Warranty Policy
Manufacturer Warranty Abrams Jewelry does not offer a warranty of any sort but you are able to get a refund or exchange on your purchase for up to 30 days from the date of your purchase. However, most manufacturers offer a warranty of some sort on jewelry with mechanical moving parts,
i.e. watches and pocket watches. Please check with the manufacturer for warranty
information.
Shipping Information:
At Abrams Jewelry we process orders within 1-5 business days and ship via FedEx, UPS, or USPS. All shipping is processed as standard shipping which typically takes 3-7 business days. All customers will receive a tracking or confirmation number when available.
