Refund/Exchange Policy:


All items from Abrams Jewelry are guaranteed to be free of defects. We will accept returns for up to 7 days of receipt for any defective items. Buyer assumes responsibility for shipping and handling. We cannot refund shipping charges on either domestic or international purchases. 

 

Returns for any reason other than a defective product will be handled on a case-by-case basis and are subject to a 15% restocking fee with a minimum $5.00 charge, shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Please email Abrams Jewelry customer service at returns@abramsjewelry.com in advance to obtain an RMA number within 7 days of your purchase date.

Please include the following in your email or have available when you contact customer service:

1.      First and Last Name

2.      Order Number

3.      Reason for RMA request

4.      Phone Number with Area Code

5.      Email address – please set any spam blocking software to accept emails from the domain name @abramsjewelry.com

A customer support representative will respond to you shortly and issue the RMA number if qualified.

NOTE: Refunds sent without an RMA number will not be accepted and will be returned to sender. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer.


*All returned items must be sent back with the original appraisal certificates, ring/necklace/watch boxes, certificates of authenticity, or any other accompanied accessories that pertain to the item purchased. All items must be sent back in new condition. We will not accept returns on items that have been used, damaged, or show signs of wear. We reserve the right to reject any returns. All rejected items will be subject to return postage fees which must be paid by the customer.



Order Cancellation Policy

We process orders quickly at Abrams Jewelry and every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order, providing your order has not been charged and/or shipped out. In the event that a cancellation was submitted (via email or phone), and your order was already processed or shipped out afterwards, we will gladly refund the complete balance charged minus shipping. However, if the cancellation was already processed and shipped, we will gladly honor our refund/exchange policy listed above.

Warranty Policy

Manufacturer Warranty
Abrams Jewelry does not offer a warranty of any sort but you are able to get a refund or exchange (with prior authorization) on your purchase for up to 7 days from the date of your purchase on any defective products. Additionally, many manufacturers offer a warranty of some sort on jewelry with mechanical moving parts, i.e. watches and pocket watches. Please check with the manufacturer for warranty information or email info@abramsjewelry.com for more information.






Shipping Information:

At Abrams Jewelry we typically process orders within 1-5 business days and ship via FedEx, UPS, or USPS. All shipping is processed as standard shipping which typically takes 3-7 business days. All customers will receive a tracking or confirmation number when available.
