How do I return an item?
All items from Abrams Jewelry are guaranteed to be free of defects and are thoroughly inspected before leaving our location. We DO NOT accept returns at this time. If you are unhappy with an item you received, please let us know and we may arrange an exchange for same item if original item is found to be defective. All sales are final.
*All returned items must be sent back with the original appraisal certificates, ring/necklace/watch boxes, certificates of authenticity, or any other accompanied accessories that pertain to the item purchased. All items must be sent back in new condition. We will not accept returns on items that have been used, damaged, or show signs of wear. We reserve the right to reject any returns. All rejected items will be subject to return postage fees which must be paid by the customer.
Order Cancellation Policy
We process orders quickly at Abrams Jewelry and every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order, providing your order has not been charged and/or shipped out. In the event that a cancellation was submitted (via email or phone), and your order was already processed or shipped out afterwards, we will gladly refund the complete balance charged minus shipping. However, if the cancellation was already processed and shipped, we will gladly honor our refund/exchange policy listed above.
